what brand/ type of hatch battery should i get?

im just running a FI SSD 15" and a soundstream rub1600, what battery for the hatch should i get?

Stock front battery? What alt size? What impedance is your sub wired to?

i dont think i need to replace the front batt, i was just going to ADD a hatch batt

and @kangaroux, i am not that sure atm :/

So stock alt? Do you have dimming issues? Is that why you asked this?

my car :::: 2005 Toyota Highlander

and i heard, i want to run about 1200 RMS, and apparently the only way to get consistant and good power up at those levels is to have a hatch batt

and idk about dmming issues yet, i have the sub ordered currently and making the box tonight

Highlanders have a 100A alt. You can support around ~1,000w before you will run into issues. If you pick up one of those datasafe batteries that RAM_Designs is selling you should be good to go.
