Need firefox help

Sometime last week the vertical scroll bar on the right side of the page dissapeared.

I have no idea how to get it back. I tried re-installing, looking around in the options, im lost.

push f12, it takes it outta full screen mode. at least thats what i did a few times when mine got all funky
