Two of those sundown e8's pickin up from woofercooker. Just tryin to get an idea of what I could do. Went out and took some measurements last night on my own sealed design and came up with about .68 cubeft.

Is the ram 1500 quad cab...pics of thunderform? and it's not the plastic thunderform is it? Wanted to do either fiberglass or mdf.

it is abs plastic. 1/4-3/8" thick. You will spend a crap load on fiberglass to duplicate it. and MDF will thake up useable space.

What could be used to take the 9" hole down to 7"?
