Need budget amp for X-mas. help decide

I need a 2 channel budget amp for my pg xenons comps which are 150rms.. My choices are between a new profile clarus cl600 for $95 or a reburb profile california CA600 for $65. Both do 150rms. There is also a reburb Clarus CL800 for $85 that does 200rms per channel but Im afraid that might be a too much power for my comps. My budget is $100 help me pick between these 2 amps. The reburbs come with a 1 year warranty. I live less than 10 minutes away from Santa Fe springs does anyone know if profile lets u pick up on site ?

that one does 100rms . I want to give them the recommended RMS. Their 4ohm components btw

cl800, and you adjust the gain down to give you maximum headroom. Profile refurbs rock.

Call up Steve Lew at Profile. He'll be able to tell you exactly what they have. Ask him if they have a refurb of the model you need. They usually will. I'm currently running 2 profile amps (ap1040 and msx 600 for sub) and they are decent for the money.

yeah profile makes some good stuff i would say one of the better amp companies for the amount of money that you have to pay for them

Get a profile, you will have to quadruple the amp cost to get anything really better.

I was on another forum (maybe ecoustics or something else) and its a Profile ripfest over there. I dont see it. Supposedly they put out rated power (or close to it) so if you dont want any bells or whistles...what more can you ask? And they "seem" to be pretty solidly built.
