Need Budget 4 Channel for 2 Fronts and a Sub Bridged

Recommendations? Im hoping to power my Rockford Fosgate Fanatic components in front and bridge the other two chans for the sub (which i havent bought yet).

The sub would be a single 12", im still deciding on that...If anyone has any recommendations for the sub as well im open to that.

My budget for the amp is not much more than $100 (used).

For that budget you're not going to get much power with bridged rear channels for a subwoofer. You can still get some pretty good bass, but it won't be loud enough to impress anyone. I sell the Precision Power iON amps as my budget amps, and the i520.4 is over $100. There's a smaller 4-channel, the i320.4, but it's rated for only 160W x 2 bridged at 4 ohms.

Am I better off getting a small 2x50w for the fronts and then like a monoblock or something for the sub?
It depends on how much power you need for a subwoofer. I've been very happy with ~400W to a single ported 12". It depends on if you want the sound to be balanced or you want to be able to get a little nuts on the bass at times.

Im a studio/home audio guy just getting into car audio so my reflex is to say balanced. I want it to bump enough for hip-hop but i'm a bigger fan of rock.

My head is spinning reading over all this crap every day. Can you guys just recommend a sub/enclosure (12") and amp combo for under $200? I'm going to keep going in circles obsessing over this stuff and never end up buying anything.

I need it LOUD but dont need it LOUUUUDDDDDD. You feel me?

I've decided to go with the single 4 channel. Im looking at the MB Quart DSC4125

Would a MB Quart 4125 serve my needs? The sub would be maybe a Sundown E series 12, SSA DCON 12, or Incriminator 12"? I'm just throwing out subs that i;ve been recommended that are on the cheapish side...feel free to critique

Those are not ''on the cheapish side'' subs..lol.Dont see 200 in the future on those options.Where you getting the 4 channel from?

Haha I think my budget just got upgraded to $300. And as for the 4 channel, after a total of one google search i've concluded that the 4125 is not easy to get ahold of. I'll probably troll the classifieds here and find a $150ish 4 channel.

From my limited knowledge thus far...when you bridge two channels the wattage is 4 times the wattage of a single channel, correct? So would I be okay with a 4x75w amp, my line of thinking being that 75 times 4 = 300w to the sub?

Not necessarily. Some power supplies are not designed with the ability to double power when impedance drops by half. You'll see a lot of ratings like 75x4 at 4, 100x4 at 2, 200x2 bridged. You just have to look at the particular amp.
