Hey guys, I am working on designing a new box for my Blazer.
This time I want to wall in two 15's at the C pillar of my 2002 Blazer LS.
Anyway, did some figuring.....
Came up with this design and these specs and such:
Port:
Slot port tuned to 32Hz with 8 ft. ^ 3 volume showed:
103.25 in. ^ 2 port area (current area: 213 in. ^ 2)
Port width of 35.5 inches and height of 6 inches showed:
40.27 inch port length (current length: 43.75 inches)
Volume:
Inside height: 21.75 inches
Inside depth: 19 inches
Inside width: 17 inches (per chamber)
1.5" spacer/support between each chamber
Yields 4.0655 ft. ^ 3 per chamber
Total for both chambers: 8.131 ft. ^ 3
Design: (Yes, there are no sides on it. That is so you can see the insides. Also, I wanted the back of the port (just what you can see from the front) to be plexiglass so I can still see out my review mirror.)
