That's a deal man. About what you would spend in materials alone to do it right. Do you know the guy personaly?

He seems a little wishy washy if you ask me. I charged a guy 50$ to put his alt in an eclipse. So that's a good deal too. Personaly if I was that guy, I would pay you to do it. I would hate to see something get F'd for a first timer with really no knowledge.

nah i have a shop @ my disposal so only real matterial would be wood and the boot (which i have ) so figured it was a good price?? idk

I know a guy was gonna have a shop just build a box and cut the hole and they were gonna charge 1200

I normaly charge 300 just to cut the hole and seal it with the boot. Maybe a little less depending on how big.

I like to brace the entire back wall though before putting the boot on. I shouldve told KHARPS to do that but it slipped my mind. Now he has a window that's gonna cost 200$ to fix.

yeah this kids truck is a king ranch f 150 so not too to hard plus i had the boot from other job so $200 for blow thru $500 for rest i was bored and wanted to build something lol prob should have charged $900-1000 ah well

There needs to be more people in my area wanting blow-throughs. I may have one to do next month. But I stress it a lot that if they are willing to cut up their truck they should just go all out big.

the materials for the box are around 200, so another 300 dollars i can save and do it myself i do have experience i have built my own boxes before. I aint a noob what you guys think i am. I just am getting him to do the cutout for the blowthrough and the boot. I want to build the box myself its not that difficult i have a table saw and all the equipment needed.

I know fords have the back wall in 2 layers on the cab part. When you cut try to cut a piece of MDF to fit in there and bolt it to the cab. Then foam the entire back wall. Should solid up the whole thing pretty well.
