Need box design

I just need some help with the port design. I have a space 38 x 19 x 14 high and it comes out to a little over 5 cubes. I only need 3.5 ft tuned to 38hz. I would like the subs facing the rear of the trunk and the port facing up.

Iv seen some nice designs here, it would be great if i had a plan to go from.

All i need is some clamps and i'm ready.

Yeah, something like that. Maybe 35hz. I'm not exactly sure how to even tune it to that. Just stick it into the port calculator and build it?

Wait, what i'm trying to say is. If you build to the specs of the port and everything there is no tuning. Its already there... Right? If i keep the port the same size, but change the box size, will it mess the tuning up?

well the first part of ur question is jiberish and to answer ur second question, would be NO! u change the cubic feet change the length of the port needed to sustain the same tuning.

Okay, let me put it this way. I don't have to do anything with the amp in order to tune it. Right?
