How much would you pay for a used Hifonics 1208d. So far I have talked the guy to $120, not as low as I wanted. What would you guys offer to pay for it used?

But $125 is with in reason, I suppose. Depends on how badly the guy abused it.

Well, I am e-mailing him about t now, he is responding and gave me his number to contact him. I offered him $100 originally, but he wanted 120ish. I asked him about how he used it and he said he had wired it to 1 ohm before but he never abused it as he had it during the winter.

Make sure it works before you buy it as well.

O for sure, I wouldn't just give him the cash without making sure it works.

From what he said he only had for a few months, supposed to be in good shape I just emailed him to ask him if he would be able to show me it in action before hand.

Alright, he said he doesn't have a car at the moment but it would be fine for me to hook it up in my car to try it before hand. What do you guys think, worth $120?

I'd say yeah. Decent enough price. Hard to get that kind of power for that kind of money. As long as it works well enough.
