Need An Enclosure Design For 2 15" Subs

As the title states I'd appreciate if someone could design an enclosure for 2 15" Memphis M3's Dual voice coil subs. I'd like for the dimensions of the box to be

17"H x 42"W x 24"D ported tuned to 30-32 HZ. This will be going in an 04 Trailblazer. Thanks
