I have the same MB Quart Sub (2 ohm version), I am going to be running it off a Autotek MM4000.1 (Same as the MB Quart Onyx 1500.1) This is going to be my IASCA Amature classs sub stage for SQ.

Do not run this sub ported you will blow it, it is ment for sealed enclosures only.

Just throwing it out there, I got an MTX Jackhammer JH600 amp that is underrated @600wrms @ 2 ohm, iirc the birthsheet said 655wrms. I'll do 90.00 shipped. Now that's frugal spending.
