need an amp for my sub

Alright i fiberglassed my trunk n put a kicker l7 in, i need a suggestion on an amp i should run it. Im now running my old kenwood amp which is like 4 years old and is starting to distort. Price range around 400-500, can go a bit higher if needed not much..

Ive been looking at the Memphis 1000D and the MTX1501d, any other suggestions or problems with these amps would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

thoes amps would work great. you could also go with a Kicker SX.1 class d amp. there is 2 too choose from.

Dude that MTX and Memphis is way to much for that single L7. Maybe if you had two of them and What size is it? Just go with the Kicker 600.1 It'll do the job for sure. Thats 600 watts at 2ohms, someone correct me if I'm wrong. Thats a lot cheaper the the MTX and Memphis as well. No MTX though if I was you. If Circuit City sells it, DON'T BUY IT! lol.
