just did 4 of these on a saz3500 @.5 ..it loud to say the least..id look for a solid 3k if the saz is out of you.re budget

Just remember the 500rms is underated ..I was giving my sa 12's 800 watt daily ..sold to my nephew still giving them 800 watt ..still going 3 yrs strong

They was rated at 600 rms

well 1000 bucks for an amp is alot but considering i was gonna buy 4 of those kenwood amps at 200 a peice an extra 200 bucks would be worth it because that looks like one hell of an amp and what do you mean by @.5?? im new to everything in car audio

your not going to find a good enough 4 channel or 2 channel for the price. you dont need 4 mono-block amps for 4 subs. you can run 1 mono amp on all four, just have to wire it right. are you getting d4 or d2 subs?

i would agree to get a solid 3000rms amp. those subs take every bit of 1000 each, just feed them clean power

ya all the wiring and that is no problem to me

your going to be spending a lot in electrical upgrades to be able to power those subs properly. yes get the dual 2 ohm versions if you want to wire to 1, which is recommended.

We did 4 SA8's on a 3500 a few times..works pretty well. If you plan to run that much power though, you need to consider electrical upgrades to go along with it.

I would keep the 8's if that is what you want, but look around the classifieds for a used amp perhaps... You could look at the SoundQubed 2200 or 3500 both will do very well on those 8s.
