yes i am limited on space also all the kids around here are all about 12's and i want to show them 8's can get the job done lol but its mostly space issue

no 2 ohms or .5 ,i have 4 vfl 8's under my rear seat in the z71 truck on 2600 rms and they get pretty loud .you need at least 2600-3500 rms for those subs.i see that you prefer a new amp as well .well dc is having a presale on some of they're amps which will be shipping out the 1st week of march .i can give you a good deal on a new dc 3.5 amp ,and its under the budget that you stated earlier .

im not doing the system right now so thats why a new amp would be easier for me im going to be doing it in a couple of months so you think 2 saz1500 would work fine just run 2 subs on each at 1 ohm

would it be a good idea to get 2 cheaper amps of higher watts since cheap amps are like not true like say get two boss 5000w amps or i found this power acoustik amp its rated at 2200 at 1ohm so run 2 subs off of that half of 2200 is 1100 and it wouldnt be true wattage since its a cheaper amp wouldnt it be at like 750w to each sub?

Anything 2k or so would be fine. Find a good deal on a used 2k amp then buy a 3500 when you have the money saved. I will be able to get you a Ampere Audio when they are available if you like. Great Zenon based amp

I meant find a used amp on here by aq, powerbass, american bass, sundown,etc that is 2k and cheap. You should be able to find one of those on here or on caraudioclassifieds.com for a good price!
