Depends on your location, competition, market area, what type of "image" you want to create for yourself.what are some products that i might look into to carry?
Just remember; carry what sells. You can offer the best products in the world.....but, if nobody in your area is interested in them (i.e. hasn't ever heard of them) or can afford them (i.e. too high end of a product), then you'll just end up broke in the end. Most people have a list of "ideals" that they would like to carry, but that doesn't mean they are the most practical/profitable products to offer.
In my area, for example, the shop that appears to be doing the best is the shop that sells all low end gear like Pyramid, Crunch, Pyle, Audiobahn, Digital Audio, etc etc. While a local JL/Kicker dealer just went under not to long ago.
So, just remember; stick to what's profitable and reasonable to carry, and not just "what you want", otherwise you'll be broke real quick. You have to focus on the customer base and their wants and needs, instead of just your own ideals of what the "right" products are. Also going to depend heavily on who else sells what in your area, as there may be certain brands that you will not be allowed to carry.
