Need advice

I drive an 03' Envoy XL and have a DE 500 US amp, I have 2 jl audio 12w1 back there now, but i want more....it gets those deep notes, but not nearlly enough for me...

Ive been reading over some posts and i see that im with the "big dogs" now. Frickin 156 Dbs.....insane..I see that you guys say get more power...well what kind of amp would u guys recommend, and better yet, what 2 subs? or even 4?

I want to spend under a grand...If possiable....

Btw i dont care to much for that crisp bass for like rock...all hard core hitting, As long as its not distorted.

Well I suggest looking in the classifieds here because you definitely need some more power. Look for amps such as IA 20.1, IA 40.1, AQ2200, Sundown SAZ1500 or SAZ3000. They are all great amps that you should be able to find in the classsifieds for somewhat cheap. As far as subs look into getting Audioque HDC3, IA Death Penalty, Mach 5 SPL, or DD9500.
