Need advice...ready for suggestions

Last month i was drivin home, and bumpin and all of a sudden POP...then burning smell. Amp was hot as shit...My amp was fryed. Sent back to online car stereo, they sent me a newe one...Hifonics 1206bxi. I have 2 db500 10's. So i hooked new amp up just now, and it turns on..glowin blue, everything good, but NO SOUND at all.. Cant get a thing....Any ideas??? It does have 2 input and 2 output rca to plug inot but I only have a 2 coming from HU....So I am clueless....Help please

well the rca's coming from the headunit should only be hooked up to the INPUT side on the amp. never the output. is this how u have it?

Yeah just how i had them before...because im not outputting anything from amp with rca's. Is there a way i can tell if power is coming out from speaker wire terminals to subs...

If one of my sub connections in box at sub came loose would this cause both not to play...They are wired for 2 ohm svc
