Need advice on running 1/0 power wire

What would be the best way to run 1/0 through the cabin of my truck? Should I run it under the carpet? down the middle of the truck? Along the outside edge of the truck by the door? Should it be in wire loom inside the truck too? I have all the interior and carpet out so I can go just about any way. I have got the wire from the battery area, through the firewall on the drivers side but I am stuck there. I am trying to get this done today so I can start reassembly. Also, can the power wire be run close to the RCA interconnects? I am using all Knukonceptz wires for everything.

Help guys, I'm stuck!

Thanks

Steve

Really isn't a right way to do it. I ran mine under the trim on the drivers side of my vehicle and my RCA's on the other side but most RCA's these days are shielded enough that you can run them the same side with no problem, but I just don't to be safe.

Well, I went through the firewall in about the center of the drivers side. I found an unused grommet in the firewall, (Thank you Ford) then took a left turn and went way up under the dash to the passenger side and down the well under the step trim plate to the back. I had just enough in my Knukonceptz amp kit to get to the back corner. I will have to install my distribution block there and make runs, back across to the drivers side for the 2 amps. These runs might be 5' or 6' long, and with 4 wire, I am hoping that wont be a problem. The only thing I didnt like was that my 2 passenger side front speaker wires (a component set) are run along with the power wire. I will have to mount the crossovers in the rear. I tried to get them into the kickpanels up front or somewhere under the dash but there just isnt any room anywhere to mount the solid and safe.

If your amps are on the drivers side....the grommet is on the drivers side.......why didn't you just run the wire on the drivers side too? It would be a lot less wire to run.
Because that would have made sense! No seriously, when I laid all this out, I ran the RCA's down the drivers side to keep the length the shortest I could. I really thought that I could get the power wire from the battery which is on the passenger side, through the firewall and straight to the back, then half way across to the middle under the rear seat and mount my Dist. block. But when I couldn't find anyway whatsoever to go through the firewall on passenger side, so I started thinking I could drill a hole, stuff a grommet into it and run the wire straight through. But then I started looking at all that A/C stuff there, then I looked under the dash and saw more A/C stuff along with the blower motor housing, I checkened out on drilling, so I had to backtrack and find the next best solution.

This is my first install, kinda learning as I'm going. Personally, I think the 1/0 wire might be a bit more than I needed, but it was recommended by some others on here and will allow for upgradeability later. Yea right, like thats gonna happen! Anyway, I am running a 4x125 amp and a 1x400 amp, all at 4 ohms. I am also cleaning the entire interior of the truck as I go. Scrubbed all the door panels today and reinstalled them, added power door locks as well. Also cleaned the carpet, installed eDead throughout the truck. I've been taking pictures as I go, plan on posting them when I'm all done in the build sheet section.

F-150s are way easy to run wire in
