Need advice on possibly trading speakers for a head unit

Hi, there's someone local that wants to trade me his brand new Pioneer DEH-X9500BHS head unit for my brand new Diamond Audio D651s components and a set of used set of Diamond Audio 6.5" coaxials. What do you guys think? I don't know if the trade is equal in $, I know my speakers are older but they're new, unused and wanted to get some opinions first. I wanted to put these speakers in the wife's car eventually but the idea of a nice headunit is tempting. Any thoughts?

Yeah, I've checked the prices and I've spent more $ on the speakers. I've never even tried the speakers out. Are the D651s comps good SQ speakers?
