Need Advice on Port Area w/ pic

Hi this is the first box I think I may have designed correctly before I used pre-made plans but before I go about chopping up expensive mdf and time I would like to know if my port area is too big/too small for this box.

btw is there a magic ratio number for ports? like if u have 1ft^3 box u would need xx inches of port area?

I plan on putting a RE XXX-15 05 in the box
