If I had 6 grand I would bust out a autotek 4000.1D, Memphis 4k, Hifonics Colossus, or something along those lines and a single badass 15" like FI BTL, xxx, TC 5200 or 5400 and that would barely even put you at about $2000......I'm a broke *** and don't have that kind of money just giving you some more options.

I think i'm going with the 2 FI BL daily's with all options, 2 Sundown 1500d, the Boston Acoustics Z6 6.5 components, JL 500/5 for those, and the Alpine 9861 HU with the add-on iPod attachment.

I'm really hoping to have this all installed before the first competition ......i'm very interested to see what the numbers will look like in a '06 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V .......should be very interesting to see!

FI BL's two 12's and a good 3000Wrms amp and it will rap the w7's

X3, you should be able to pick that stuff up for around $1500 for subs/amp.

u should go with the w7 my friend has 2 w7 with 1000k to each and was doing 170db like it was nothing and u can get 2 w7 and the jl amps on ebay for like 800-1300 for subs and the amps. but what ever u get will be fun

The Fi BL's will be louder then the w7's and cost a hell of a lot less. Ive run both of the subs trust me I know.

Ok...so today i went and talked to the shop guy in person ......the reason the price was sky rocket was he was quoting me 2...yes 2 pairs of the Boston Acoustics Pro series components. Retail for $1100 for both pairs. He is wanting to do an entire fill of both front and back. He was going to use a jl audio 300/4 to push those, not a 500/5 ...sorry about that confusion. Please he is wanting to do $300 worth of trim panels to make everything seem to flush in the trunk....It's mostly just the retail price of everything that's making this particular setup skyrocket...the labor/installation/wiring isn't very bad at all
