Need advice on a fight....

Ok this kid used to date my girlfriend and I automatically just hated him cuz of the way he treated her and how cocky he is and he continued to try and call her and text message her so we agreed to fight. I met up with him on his territory where he had 15 of his other buddies and I brought my one close friend. Well we fought and to make the story short I landed alot more hits on him and had him on the ground ready to finish him off until this huge guy tackles me on rocks and gets me bleeding everywhere, he got one good pop on my nose and it bled and he says he is the winner because of that even though after we were done he claimed his back was black and blue and he was done with me. Well all of a sudden the other day he texts me out of nowhere wanting to fight. This kid is hated by alot of ppl and weighs prob 125 lbs which is what I weigh and just thinks he is a hardcore bad ***. I tried to let it go and be the bigger man but he pushed me too far and he has been tryin to fight me at the local Mickey Ds, Ymca, and movie theater just so 100 ppl can see the fight because he is so confident he will win. Cops showed up and we can never do it. I have told him to meet me somewhere out of city limits tomorrow and im not quiet sure if he will show or not. I believe he is in better shape than me cuz of basketball and prob has more endurance but I am stronger, he is prob 2-3 inches taller and has long lanky arms.....my question to you more experienced fighters or fight watchers is how can I do this guy in, I dont care if its cheating or not cuz no fight is ever fair I just wanna kill him....he has been texting my girlfriend telling her she better be there with an ice pack and ready to rush me to the hospital, I can not lose this fight. i think you answered your own question. if you already fought the kid once you know how he fights and if you can take him again. you say you already did once so you should know if you could do it again, but seeing as you said his friends jumped in your pretty much wasting your time because its just gay to see who can bring more friends and all that bs. if you got your girl then id probably drop it and might wanna /thread i would bet a lot of flame is coming

Well im not scared of the kid by no means but he is in better shape than me....I know he can only use his right arm and he is weak once you get him down so I guess thats what I need to do.

brass knuckles. if you don't have any tape up a couple of rolls of quarters in electrical tape. when you first get there if he just starts talking trash, kneekick him in the balls and then go with a strong uppercut. if he falls, stomp him. aim for the ribs, maybe the face if you really want to **** him up, or try to keep stomping him in one leg (or arm). it'll break eventually.
