need advice on a box for 2 18's

okay so I decided to go with 2 18in alumium coil audioque's. I hear if the box isnt tuned to 36-38hz they dont have good range.....I want it tuned to about 36hz so it can still get loud and kinda low how many cubic ft and how big would the port have to be. I wanna do subs faceing up port out the back setup
