That is some of the silliest (as well as most grievously wrong) advice I have ever heard (seen) on this forum. Akin to what I have come to expect from the likes of badm0f0 and Death By Bass among others. Good job //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/clap.gif.178cba2c538c68e720c727fcb024b19c.gifMoron.just dont pay it untill u can they cant raise the fines or take u to jail for some lil bullshit ticket like that...
That being a valid defense will be dependant on the specific wording of the ordinance he is accused of having violated. The way the law is written here it doesn't have to be in excess of any certain decibel level ~ they just have to be able to hear your music from 25 feet away when you have all of your windows rolled up. Yes, I am well aware that it's a silly law. The city council didn't ask my opinion when they enacted it.they'll ask if ur guilty or not guilty. Simply say Not Guilty. If the officer DID NOT meter the sound with a metering device from 25 feet or MORE away, there's nothing he can do. (at least I used that when I got mine, LMAO).
cops ****!

Astyl ~ call the courthouse / police department / whatever law enforcement agency wrote you the ticket and explain, very calmly, what you explained to us about your current financial situation. See what they say. If all you want to do is pay it and be done then ask them for an extension until you are able to pay. Most likely that will be your best bet.
