Need advice for quality sub

I'm looking for quality sub. I don't need it to be so loud. I just need the bass quality and quick response to keep up with nice component speakers.

Also, if it's a shallow sub or sub that I can just hang it (don't need to be boxed), would be my ideal.

I probably have the power of 750 at 4 ohm or 1150 at 2 ohm.

I'm out of the sub world for a while and I have no idea now. Help me please!
