Wiring 3 SVC subs?

Alright, I've got 3 SVC 4Ohm subs. They all need to wire into one channel on an amp (only one wire port thing on the box, so yea)

Obviously parallel will give me 1.36ohm or something like that, and series would be 12. Right now they're wired like this:

I did calculationy BS and I think they're at 2.666Ohms, but I might've messed up. Is that right?

Also, is there any better way to wire them to get closer to 2 ohms?

your diagram isn't right btw.

Wire them like the RF picture above.

The way you have them wired, the sub on the left is seeing twice the power than the two on the right.

Heh, well that's what they came wired as, my friend bought them off of someone else, who apparently can't wire subs right, lol.

My buddy's going to be pushing them with this amp:

Will is be ok at 1.34 ohms? The subs are 3 10" MTX Thunder 4500s, by the way.

That amp will go up in smoke at 1.34 ohm, if it's even possible to wire a two channel like that. I'd suggest you get a 1 ohm stable mono amp.

Either run two stereo or get a new amp.

wow iv never seen wiring done that way how do you wire both negatives to a sub and expect output?

The two are wired in series. - amp to - on sub 1. + on sub 1 to - on sub 2. + on sub 2 to + on amp.
