Need advice 01 Nissan Pathfinder

Hi all need some help figuring out a system for my pathfinder

Right now it has the factory Bose system in it with Nav and factory video overhead. The questions I have are is it possible to build a decent system behind the factory head unit with amps subs and speakers or add an after-market head unit but still be able to keep the funtionality of the video system, voice of the nav, factory cd changer and the steering wheel controls. Also trying to figure out what type of speakers to run, I'll be using a Genesis series 3 4 channel and a JL audio 250.1, was considering Diamond Audio D661i for the 4 doors, and undecided on the sub,any opinions or advice wouldbe appreciated.
