Need a Video Card, HELP NEEDED!

to aciddreams, sorta been there done that with all the taking apart and replacing step other than a few parts which i will probably do today. i'd use my old VC but the pc i'm on now is a P2 833mhz and 512mb of pc133 ram, think the VC will work. I'm about to just say fock it and call geek squad at Best Buy as I know a few guys who work there and see if they'll look at it for free. Big advantage there is if they sell what I need replaced they'll usually do it for free.

well if the card fits it's worth a try, and as for taking it to geek squad I suppose you could go for it.... I see it as a ripoff but I take my cars to mechanics so??

If the labor is free to diagnose and install then paying their inflated price on parts would be worthwhile...

just got off the phone with my friend he said he'll have time near the end of the week and can diagnose for free and if it's a part he can swap under the radar, he'll get a new one for me for free. so that works nicely.

ive got 2 computers at my house that are not in use and im gonna be using for parts so if ur interested in buyin sound card video card mother board, etc. both computers are complete turn on and work but i can sell u juss the parts u need lmk
