Need a Sub for THIS box

I'm going to make a sealed enclosure for the storage compartment on my '02 Tundra. Its about .75 cubic ft. (at least thats what the q-logic box is) Anyway, i'm going to fleece it and glass it and use mdf too.

I'm pretty green when it comes to audio stuff so help me out please.

I'm looking for somthing to round out my system, not shatter windows. I was thinking say, 200-300 rms.

I need a 10" sub for under $100 that has good clean sound.

pg octane zr, infinity kappa, ect any of those would work fine in that box, and many others

I like my rl-i's a lot. They're recommended for .75 sealed and their RMS is about 350, but they can take more.

Also, I need i guess a Mono Channel Amp to run it?

What do yall suggest? for not too much. thanks for the suggestions, i'm thinking of going with infinity 1030w for the sub.

I think the RL-i suggested above would be a great candidate for that box

That's a nice box. You'd insult it with *most* $100 10" subs (there are a few exceptions to that generalization though).

What kind of mounting depth do you have there? Some of the better woofs may be a little too deep.

As for choices, they're almost unlimited, since most 10" subs intened for car audio will work beautifully in a .75 cu. ft. (assuming NET) volume sealed enclosure.

I say a Type S.... He will need around 500-600 rms to get the Type R to hit hard and get it to its full potential

he could allways upgrade the amp later, IMO type S's sound like crap.But i like the Rl-i idea if the mounting depth works

I've got about 5" mounting depth to work with.

And i do intend to put some poly fill in there too.

Those RL-i's look good, but they may be too big for my box, and for my wallet.

JL audio is wayyy too proud of their stuff, even though i'm sure its a top-shelf product.

As i said, i'm not trying to shatter windows, just add some depth to my system.

I've got clean highs from my Alpine SPR-176a Type-R 6.5" comonents up front, and my Infinity 6002i 6.5" two-ways in the rear. I have an Alpine MRP-F200 amp pushing them, and its decent. I also recently got a Scion/Pioneer head unit with mp3 capabilities. It rocks.
