Need a Small Boxed dorm setup under $350

All I need is a 2.1 or a 5.1 boxed setup from a reputable brand.

Needs to have either an optical or HDMI input if it isnt DVD player combo, but RCA input is necessary.

I am also open to soundbar+Sub. I dont need anything special I just need something I can use for triple duty on my XBOX, PC, and TV (32in Vizio)

Anyways, the Onkyo HT-S3300 seems to be my best option im just looking for other opinions.
