need a single ported sub for a 94 standard cab ford ranger.

i have a 94 standard cab ford ranger so i'm limited for space. i'm only looking to run one sub. the dimensions for the ported box i'm going to make are 36"x12"x5" (WxHxD), i might be able to go a bit bigger, and i'm going to use 1/2" MDF. So, i need something with around 5" mounting depth and will fit in a 0.8 cf box, give or take. i'd like something with SQL and i'm not really sure how much power i want to run. it would be great if you could recommend me an amp to go along with it too.

use .75 mdf... and look into sundown sa8s, cadence cvl8s, and skar vvx 8s
