Need a Single 15" Custom Box Built - Will Pay

I'm about to purchase a 15" SSA xcon within the week. These are the specs for the box:

Enclosure Recommendations:

Sealed: 2.0 - 2.25 cu.ft.

Sealed: 2.75 - 3.0 cu.ft. optimal

Ported: 3.0 - 3.25 cu.ft. @ 26-33 hz

Ported: 4.0 cu.ft. @ 26-33hz opt.

Sub Outside Dia.: 15.625”

Cut Inside Dia.: 14.125”

Displacement: 0.20 cu.ft.

I'd like to go with the sealed box, it's going to go in a 99 Honda Civic LX.

Let me know if you can do this, I have a UPS shipping account as long as you have it packaged correctly and weighed, I can send you a UPS shipping label and you can drop it off at the UPS store of if it's an issue I can have UPS pick it up from your location.

If you're local to me, I'd prefer that to save on shipping costs, I'm in Dallas, TX.

Also, I don't know anything about tuning a box but, hear it's important so I would like a tuned box, I read somebody else on here that got the same 15" xcon and said he was going to tune to 30hz. I'm not sure what to do here, so would like recommendations.

There are plenty of people who can do it. I'll PM you my friends number. As for tuning, a sealed box is a flat response, so you do not tune it to any frequency. That is for ported boxes.

Also this is my first time getting a custom box built, so what price range do you think I should expect for this project? Just want to make sure I don't get ripped off or anything although this forum doesn't seem like I will have that problem but, having a price range in mind would be helpful.

pricing will vary from person to person...or shop to shop... Also will vary if you want any extras and if the builder includes them or charges extra.
