Need a repair appraisal on an mtx 1501d...

if you are an experienced amp repair man (or woman) i need a quote on this job..from what i understand, one of the capacitors inside the amp may be loose or dead? i really have no idea..either way, the amp is making the subwoofer make a high pitched squeal (if that helps). i can provide pictures of the guts if necessary..
