Kicker is the only one that can do that. Call them, but it would be much more cost efficient to just grab another one off ebay or something.

last time i called kicker(6months ago) they did not do recones

they don't recone, but they send you a previously reconed sub and keep your old one.

you have to pay too i believe, you cant just send them a blown sub and get a refurb for free, or else everyone would be doing that
