Need a recommendation for a good Line Out Converter

Planning on putting sum bass in my boys Grand Prix this week and he wants to keep the stock radio. I need a recommendation for a good Line out Converter nothing too expensive though.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated because im gonna need one too when i get my new car.
