Need a rated amp!

I would like to get a good used amp that will do rated power... between 1200w and 1800w rms,

1 ohm stable is a must... I'd like to keep it under $200...

budgets low I know but please no boss, or wierd off brand stuff..

the vfl 1880 is 900 rms at 1 ohm for 180 shipped ,the 2680 is 270 ,dc 1.2 is 320 vfl 75.1 is 225 shipped all new

need some advice... two 12" pioneers 1300watts 300rms. Will a kicker 250watt mono amp be good for those subs?
