Need a rated amp!

I would like to get a good used amp that will do rated power... between 1200w and 1800w rms,

1 ohm stable is a must... I'd like to keep it under $200...

post or shoot me a pm if ya got something...

budgets low I know but please no boss, or wierd off brand stuff..

Couple of main stream company left a lot of good new companies still emerging

is there like a listed of rated amps, like not all that strapped, clamped high volt stuff, but like good models that do rated under normal circumstances...

exactly why im nervous to buy new stuff... dont want to throw away money on a temp. system... my cousin has 2 xxx 12 and a arc audio 4000w amp im making payments on... this is just a holdover, but i want something reliable that i can just throw in and not worry about for now!

My personal experience with Hifonics leads me believe that they'd suffice to hold you over. That amp test page he posted showed they could do rated and mine has seen some abuse. I'm by no means an expert but I've searched a lot and Hifonics seems to be one of the better budget amps. My last bit of advise is be careful when buying hifi's from eBay as some are older models and not CEA compliant. I'm sure older ones are alright but I still feel better with that little bit of reassurance
