Ive used the Escort branded version but went back to the two suction cups. My front windshield has 80% tint and just above the rear view mirror are small black dots where the tint never quite adhered. If that large suction cup doesnt have a perfectly smooth surface to mount to, it would fall off.

I wound up getting one that has a larger than regular suction cup, just a single one. I used to have 35% tint on my window, I wound up dash mounting my radar. This new suction cup I have has been pretty good so far, but it hasn't seen much use quite yet.
