Need a list of amps capable of 16V+ input

I have searched and searched can only find bits and pieces. I need a list of amplifiers above 4K that are better (sounding, power output, efficiency) than my XXX-6500 and can run on a 16V system, fully charged my batteries sit above 18v. im sure its not as much power as the 6500 but a visonik 4000xd can take 16v they are rated at 17

IA 40.1 can take up to 18 volts. There is not a lot of info out there on the output, but I have found a couple of posts stating over 9000 watts on 18 volts. . .

there are many amps that can take the higher voltage. most of them are rated over 3kw. its much easier for you to list the amp that your thinking about and ask the direct question about that particular amp.

oh and the MM4000 shuts off at 15.5

I heard the MA 4000d's I'm not sure if just the modded ones or not....

They need additional power conditioning like 12+ remote leads with capacitors on them to support the wide range of fluctuations during use. Trust me on this one, lol

Only if you run it at .5 ohm bridged like a certain former subwoofer company "owner"

mm4000.1 shuts off @ 16.3 @ one ohm bridged. I did it at finals in 05.

the amp did better power @ 15 anyway, much more efficient.
