to order a 4 gauge amp kit online. My local Wal Mart has Scosche 4 gage kit, is Scosche still a decent wiring brand?

Scosche is fine but it`s possibly really 5G instead of 4G wire

Depending on how much power you'll be running, the scosche kit is probably fine. Wire is wire for the most part
