Need a good pair of steel toed boots

Bates is government issue for a good reason, but even then a lot of my shipmates go out and buy from Red Wing, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them myself. I wear Bellevilles now, but am pretty sure you're not comfortable with dropping $250 on a pair of work boots.

If you're looking to score good boots for cheap, check out your surplus shops. You'll end up paying a fraction of retail for barely worn, yet broken-in boots.

Suggestions? I'm looking for some that will last a long time and are comfortable.
Ariat x15 Been through my fair share of boots including Justin, red wing, carhartt, rocky, and wolverine. Have had the Ariats for a little over a year and if you look at the bottoms you cant even see any wear. My favorite by far.

Def redwing in wear mine m-f every week buy some insoles and they stay comfy for ever had mine for like 8 months I also have a pair of lacrosse that are extremely durable
