need someone who's good with flash to make a banner for my band's myspace.
the final product will be similar to their banner at the top:

is my band's myspace and the top pic is what you'll be using. I want each member to "pop" out of the pic as the cursor goes over it but i DONT want the whole pic to dim like the undivided's does. maybe just like a bright white outer glow outlining the member as the cursor moves over it and if u click the member it takes you to that members myspace.
then maybe have the Havensfall logo in the bottom left do some type of flashing or moving of some sort.
will be willing to paypal some cash if needed. If i'm satisfied with the banner some more work may be available.
