Ok so I'm getting my new system together...i got the sub today...single 12" L7. It's going underneath the backseat of an 01 Chevy extended cab silverado. I'm not sure on exact dimensions because there's a hump running right down the middle of the truck...and mines in the shop so i can't measure them now...but maybe someone else here can help me out with that.
SQ isn't the biggest factor as long as it doesnt sound like total garbage...i'm mainly looking for it to be a decently loud street beater for one 12". I listen to about 80% rap, 10% rock, and 10% country. I want it ported, either slot or aeroport is fine. It will be powered with around 800-900 watts RMS. I want the design to be at least somewhat creative...not just a square box. I also don't want to have to lift the seat or slant the bottom up at all.
