Need a good 2000rms at 2ohms amp, Any recommendations?

Soo....Lol Sorry still sleeping at work. Ok so i got a 12" Orion Hcca with is 4ohms but run down to 2ohms. At the moment im running it at 1300 watts rms on a hifonics amp, and i was thinking of the kicker amp with is like 2500 rms at 2ohms but its way freaking over priced! Anyone know better amp and in the 300-500 price range, that does 2000 rms at 2 ohms or more. Thx i need coffee....

yes... audiopipes have been clamped over and over again, and proved to put out rated. they are a budget amp tho... so keep that in mind. not saying its a bad amp... but if someone tries telling you its the best amp around, their an idiot!

it will work well for your set up tho

my good friend has a sponsorship from audiopipe and got some of the 3k amps two of them were messed up when he got them from audiopipe,so when he called back to tell them they basically told him too bad he would have to pay to have them repaired and shipped both ways,HE'S PISSED never even got to use it,don'yt know what the deal is but he's trying to get it worked out for now

i wouldnt say easily broken. just that the quality isnt going to be on par with say a kicker 2500, RF 2500, AQ3500, etc...

also... if your willing to go up to 600 bucks, you can pick up a crescendo bc3500... and it will pull a VERY clean 2000 @ 2 ohms rms

I know him too :-D. And yeah he's using them iirc (if I'm thinking of the same guy). But he fixed them and it worked to his benefit even.

Audiopipe didn't bad at all. Not the worst not the best, reasonably priced, and do rated
