need a cut sheet for box this size

13" height x 54" length x 3" (d1) 10" (d2). i'm not good with angles at all. and my saw is crap so i'm gonna have home depot do the cuts , the guy who does them is really good.

width of wood needs to be 0.625 (5/8") so i can get enough airspace for the woofer.

btw,it's for a single jl 12w1v2 tuned to 31hz with a single 4" port under my rear seat.
