Need a box : Solobaric S15L7

I am completely new to this, so I don`t know whether I need a ported or a sealed box (I`m sure you`ve heard that question a million times!). But this is the info I can give you:

-Kicker SoloBaric S15L7 2-ohm, 1000 RMS 2000 Peak

-Going in a 2002 Pontiac Aztec, lots of room in the back

-I won`t be doing any competing. Just for everyday driving.

-I tried to read the topic on Ported Vs. Sealed but I`m still not sure what I should get!

Are you looking for SQ (sound quality), or SPL (sound pressure leve, loud)? Either way, you arent going to get much SQ from that SoloBaric, so ported should do you nicely. It will get very loud for you... What will you power it with?

I have one that I'll sell you. Its carpeted and has a 3D flame amp rack on the back. It was build to the dimentions listed on Kickers web site. I believe 6.0 Cubic ft tuned to 35hz. My friend borrowed it and blew up the sub so I no longer have a use for the box. Let me know if you are interested, we'll talk about a price.
