need a box designer that can do a slanted box with round ports

Ok I am looking for someone how can do a design with an angle box with round ports if you can and are interested let me know.

this is for the dd9512g that I sold to a buddy of mine and know we are going to build a box.

it can be 34in wide and 12in tall the depth can vary but the 34x12 i would like to stay there
