My First Box Pictures

I just finished building my first box for a RE SE 12" its 2cuft @ 32Hz

I had a little trouble with the mounting hole diameter in the manual it says 11" so I did it like that... But when I placed the subwoofer the holes for the screws where to close to the edge so I made a reinforcement... how will it affect the cu ft??

Am I an idiot or is the first leg of your port actually 12.25" and the second leg 13.75"?

And I don't think your reinforcement will affect the volume enough to make an audible difference.
