Need a box design for 4 e8s... have paypal

Starting my new build soon and am looking for some one to design me a box.

Box width is 34.5" and would like to keep length and depth relatively small as I am trying to use the least amount of space in my trunk. I would like the sub up and port back. I would like to either do a slot port or will do aero ports (just something like this http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=268-352) The subs going in the box are 4 e8s. I would like to have the tuning from 32-35 and the rest of the specs for the sub are listed here.

What is this going in? A trunk, pickup cab, SUV, etc? Also, since you're trying to minimize height and depth of the box, aero ports probably won't be feasible because of the small distance between the front and back walls and keeping a port's width away from the back wall. Only option would be to have the aero port going width-wise and coming out the side of the box. Can you give me a max height dimension though? Having a max width and height, I can just adjust the depth as necessary to achieve enough volume and the desired tuning.
