Need A Box Design For 4 12"s

Need a little help on a new box we're working on.

Subs:

4 12" Exile Audio XPs

T/S Parameters

FS - 28.31Hz

RE - 7.10 Ohms

QMS - 4.05

QES - .43

QTS - .43

VAS - 49.67 Liters

MMS - 222.3 Grams

CMS - 142 uM/Newton

BL - 24.19 Tesla-M

SPL - 89db

Xmax - 35mm peak to peak

Power:

Exile Audio 2400.1

Space to Work With:

40"W x 20"H x 26"D

I was thinking about firing all four subs up, port back(CRX style). Slot port. But the only problem with that is, if you use the whole 26 inches depth, the port will almost be completely against the hatch. And with past boxes, there has been a decrease in SPL the closer I put the box to the hatch.

Any other opinions on the matter is welcome.

I'm sorry, I'm not trying to bash or be mean or anything, but are you sure that this is the right place to ask? If you're on a team competing, I would think that you would personally know the best way to get loud for your situation, not someone here. I mean, if you're fighting tenths of dBs, then I'm not so sure that this is where you should be asking. Know what I mean?

Yes, I see where your coming from. But two things:

1)Most of us are still young. Under 21. We know a decent amount of stuff, but we by no means know near as much stuff as a lot of people on here. And the only way to learn is to ask questions.

2)Team is kinda loosely used here. Yes, we are a group of people that help each other out with builds and wiring, etc. And yes, we do compete, and do fairly well around our area. But we aren't a big team, like Phat Hertz, TTB, etc. Maybe one day.

my last none competition enclosure did 144.3 db with only 400wrms per sub two type rs .

im sure i can come up with a loud enclosure for your subs.

What were you thinking about tuning it to? I was thinking in the 35-36Hz range.
